At Fast Forward School, every learner is supported as an individual. The school provides a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people aged 15 to 19 who benefit from a more personalised approach to education.
With small groups, strong relationships and tailored support, Fast Forward helps learners re-engage with education, develop confidence and make meaningful progress. Alongside English and maths, students can access vocational learning and preparation for adulthood, helping them build the skills they need for life beyond school.

Every young person is different. That is why Fast Forward takes the time to understand each learner as an individual.
The school supports young people with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs, speech, language and communication needs, and other special educational needs and disabilities. Many learners join Fast Forward after experiencing challenges in previous settings, so creating a safe, calm and respectful environment is a key part of the school’s approach.
By building strong relationships and removing barriers to learning, Fast Forward helps young people re-engage with education in a way that feels meaningful, achievable and supportive.
